I’m about to release a new revision of the book that clarifies this point for bloggers. You will keyword overload your homepage and site by naming your posts in that fashion. Plus, an individual post is unlikely to rank for a broad and competitive term like that. I recommend naming your blog post headlines like you would name your alt attributes of images. Have keywords in mind, but they are typically long-tail or niche phrases. I do about 50% of my posts this way (start with a niche phrase I want to rank for). The other 50% are magnetic headlines to encourage retweets and backlinks.
